Location: Newark, Delaware (Onsite)
Role Overview
This position requires an organized and detailed individual with strong follow-up skills who takes ownership of managing risk. This is a client-interfacing role that requires a customer service background and the ability to respond to email and telephone inquiries. The environment is fast-paced, and the ability to adapt to changing business needs while remaining detail-focused is critical. In-house training will be provided as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Consult on complex fulfillment requests, engage with vendors, and submit change management requests.
  • Utilize request management tools like Remedy to engage support teams and vendors for corrective actions.
  • Provide analytical and troubleshooting support for break-fix issues related to Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, internet connectivity, GPO, printers, and core applications.
  • Perform physical activities such as installing and de-installing large monitors and lifting desktops while managing cables under desks.
  • Manage multiple issues simultaneously and communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance targets and goals related to complex Move/Add/Change (MAC) request management.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-request-volume environment is critical.
  • Large-scale enterprise support experience (500+ users).
  • Solid hardware and software troubleshooting and resolution skills.
  • Prior experience with common request management ticketing systems.

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems.
  • Knowledge of command line and/or PowerShell.

Professional Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well alone or in a team environment.
  • Must be flexible with working hours between 7am-6pm local time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of mobility products (iPhone/Android).
  • Experience with Remedy or other ticketing systems is preferred.
  • Prior experience with change management is a plus.
  • Knowledge or exposure to the telecommunications environment is desired.
