Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role involves carefully disassembling electronic devices, replacing internal components, reassembling products, and performing quality inspections and functional testing to ensure every unit meets company standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Disassemble electronic products using hand tools and documented work instructions
- Remove and replace internal electronic components
- Reassemble products according to established quality standards
- Perform visual inspections and functional testing to verify proper operation
- Identify defects and communicate quality concerns promptly
- Follow standardized work instructions and manufacturing procedures
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Handle electronic components carefully to prevent damage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with other production and assembly operations as needed
Qualifications
Required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
- Experience in electronics assembly or manufacturing
- Production or assembly experience
- Device repair or refurbishment experience
- Mechanical assembly experience
- Experience performing quality inspections or functional testing
- Familiarity with small hand tools
- Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling practices is a plus
