Job description

Description

Cable Installation: Pull, route, and manage CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A, and fiber optic cabling through cable trays, racks, and conduits. Termination & Testing: Terminate copper (patch panels, jacks) and fiber (LC, SC) connectors; test and certify links with equipment like Fluke analyzers. Infrastructure Build-out: Install racks, cabinets, cable pathways, and supporting hardware. System Maintenance: Troubleshoot, identify, and repair cabling faults and connectivity issues. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety procedures (OSHA, NFPA), including safe use of ladders and lift equipment. Documentation: Label all cables and ports, and update documentation or as-built drawings
