Cabinet Builder / Cabinet Assembler

Location: Sparta, TN
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:30Am -3:30PM

Holman's Custom Cabinets is looking for a dependable, hardworking Cabinet Builder / Assembler to join our growing team. We take pride in building high-quality cabinetry and are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to build a long-term career.
Whether you have years of cabinet experience or are mechanically inclined and eager to learn, we'd like to talk with you.
Responsibilities
  • Assemble RTA and semi-custom cabinets accurately and efficiently.
  • Read and follow shop drawings and production paperwork.
  • Install hinges, drawer slides, hardware, and cabinet components.
  • Inspect finished products for quality before they leave the shop.
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Work with the production team to meet daily and weekly goals.
  • Help maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
  • Cabinet building, woodworking, or carpentry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Dependable with a good work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand throughout the workday.
  • Willingness to learn and improve every day.
