Kitchen Tune-Up Novi, MI is seeking a dedicated team member to join our team as a Cabinet Technician to work on kitchen remodeling projects. We are seeking an individual who is willing to learn new techniques and is looking for a flexible position.
This is a hands-on position and the ability to safely operate power and hand tools is required. Training is provided for the completion of cabinet redooring, refacing, and kitchen remodeling projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Reface cabinets (training provided)
  • Cut and install trim
  • Install doors, drawer fronts, drawers, handles, and organizers
  • Assist in installing cabinets
  • Paint cabinet boxes and frames
  • Keep work area protected and clean up daily 
  • Must possess good time management skills and arrive at the job site on time.
  • Communicate with the project manager daily about any questions, issues, and progress 
  • Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high quality
 Qualifications: 

  • Must have some carpentry/handyman experience and be familiar with carpentry tools.
  • Stellar work ethic 
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions
  • Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level
  • Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
  • Must be willing and able to work in Oakland County (Novi to Lake Orion, Commerce Township to Milford)
