- Bachelor Degree in Technical discipline or equivalent.
- 6-10+ years of relevant Systems Engineering experience
Preferred Skills and Education
- Masters of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Experience with FADEC technology.
- Subject matter expertise in one or more of the domain or technology related to engine controls, flight controls, mission systems, actuation control, cabin systems, aircraft electrification and battery/energy management systems.
- Product development experience including requirement analysis, architecture, system design, integration and test.
- Team Leadership experience including project technical leadership and/or Systems functional leadership.
- Experience with engine controls, flight controls, mission systems, actuation control, cabin systems, aircraft electrification and battery/energy management systems.
- Experience performing requirements analysis, derivation and allocation, and translating requirements to viable concepts design solutions.
- Experience with Integration and Test.
