How to start being a cab driver?

To become a cab driver, you typically need to obtain a valid driver's license, meet age and driving experience requirements, and acquire any necessary permits or licenses such as a chauffeur or taxi license. You may also need to pass background checks and vehicle inspections, and often complete a training program or knowledge test about local routes and regulations.

Is it better to be a cab driver or an Uber driver?

Cab drivers and Uber drivers both operate as transportation service providers, but Uber drivers typically have more flexible schedules and use a smartphone app for ride requests, while cab drivers often work for a taxi company and may have more regulated fares. The choice depends on personal preferences for independence, scheduling, and the required licensing or vehicle standards.
