caa is looking for a dynamic, driven, and warm Junior Graphic & Layout Designer to join our creative team. You'll help produce the digital and print materials that show up in front of thousands of executives across our markets โ€” and you'll do it while learning directly from our Art Director.


If you love clean layouts, know your way around InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and want to build a portfolio across formats and markets โ€” keep reading!


  • Design and produce marketing materials across campaigns, events, and publications
  • Adapt templates and assets for new formats without losing brand consistency
  • Build social graphics, digital ads, presentations, and event materials
  • Prepare final files for print and digital production
  • Turn around revisions quickly and cleanly
