About the Company

Paleovalley and Wild Pastures were born from a simple but radical idea: real food can heal - people, animals, and the planet. When Paleovalley co-founders Autumn and Chas Smith saw how industrialized food was affecting human health and the health of the land, they refused to play along. Autumn's own journey of healing through nutrient-dense foods lit a fire that became Paleovalley. From there, the mission grew roots, sprouted wings, and eventually expanded into Wild Pastures to bring regeneratively raised meats directly to families nationwide.

Today, Paleovalley crafts deeply nourishing snacks and supplements made with organic ingredients and honorable sourcing. Wild Pastures connects small American farmers practicing regenerative agriculture with customers who believe better food is worth fighting for. Every product, every partnership, and every decision is guided by a commitment to real ingredients, regenerative practices, and the belief that health is built from the soil up.

We're a team of grounded doers, curious thinkers, bold builders, and warm humans who like to laugh while doing meaningful work. We're growing quickly, fueled by purpose and a shared desire to repair the food system one thoughtful choice at a time.

If you feel energized by impact, drawn to mission, and ready to join a company rewriting the future of food, we'd love to meet you!

About the Opportunity

This role is essential to keeping our fulfillment operations running smoothly and ensuring our growing customer base receives high-quality, sustainably sourced products on time. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll support Paleovalley's mission to revolutionize health for customers and the planet by contributing to accurate, efficient, and reliable warehouse execution that directly impacts the customer experience. Your work enables the business to uphold its values of integrity, quality, and service as we expand our impact.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain a strong safety-first mindset while working in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment (0-40F), following all safety procedures consistently
  • Support daily warehouse workflows including packing, insulating boxes, restocking racks, and pulling correct products to keep operations running smoothly
  • Collaborate closely with teammates on the warehouse floor, stepping in to assist others and contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment
  • Ensure high quality standards by double-checking orders, handling products with care, and following established processes without cutting corners
  • Utilize warehouse systems and tools (WMS, RF scanners, inventory tools) to track inventory movement and support accurate order fulfillment
  • Demonstrate initiative by staying productive throughout the shift, asking questions when unsure, and proactively identifying what needs to be done next
  • Adapt to changing daily priorities, volume fluctuations, and flexible start times to meet business needs
  • Uphold productivity expectations by working efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Contribute to a reliable, professional warehouse operation that customers and teammates can depend on every day

Requirements

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Hands-on pick-and-pack experience, preferably in a distribution, fulfillment, or e-commerce warehouse environment
Ability to work safely and effectively in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment ranging from 0-40F for the majority of the shift
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 40 lbs consistently throughout the workday
  • Comfort using basic warehouse systems and tools, such as WMS platforms, RF scanners, or similar inventory/fulfillment technology
  • Flexibility to work early morning shifts, typically starting at 5:00 AM, with occasional schedule adjustments based on business needs
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
Bonus Points
  • Experience in e-commerce, distribution, or fulfillment centers that ship directly to customers
  • Familiarity with inventory processes such as cycle counting, restocking, or inventory audits
  • Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or similar tools
  • Certification or experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks
  • Interest in or alignment with Paleovalley's mission, including real food, wellness, sustainability, or nutrient-dense nutrition

Benefits

Our Commitment to You
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage with 100% employer-paid dental/vision and a small monthly medical premium for employees; dependents may be added at employee cost
  • Generous Paid time off to support balance and rest
  • Paid sick time for when you need it
  • Six (6) paid holidays each year
  • Paid parental leave for growing families
  • 100% company-paid Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance
  • 401(k) with up to a 4% company match after one year of service
