Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. In addition, quote follow up and project tracking will be a critical skill for this role.The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment and a passion for sales.
Requirements

  2. Researchand identify potential clients that fit our ideal customer profile.
  3. Buildand maintain a pipeline of qualified sales leads for the sales team.
  4. Collaboratewith the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified sales leads.
  5. Trackand report on sales activities and metrics using our CRM system.
  6. Generatequotes to support the overall sales order and assist the sales team intimely follow up.
  7. Stayup to date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  8. Attendregular team meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills andknowledge.
  9. Achieveor exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:
  1. Provenexperience (1-2 years) in a similar role, such as Sales DevelopmentRepresentative, Business Development Representative, or Inside SalesRepresentative.
  2. Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  3. Strongorganizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks andpriorities.
  4. Proficiencyin using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
  5. Experiencewith sales tools and technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator,ZoomInfo, DiscoverOrg).
  6. Abachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related fieldis preferred but not required.
  7. Astrong desire to succeed in a sales role and a passion for learning anddevelopment.
  8. Abilityto work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Mustbe located in the greater Sacramento area and able to commute to theoffice daily.
