What is CFA staffing?

CFA staffing refers to the hiring and placement of professionals who hold the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. These individuals are highly trained in investment analysis, portfolio management, and financial research. Staffing firms or departments specializing in CFA staffing help businesses find qualified CFAs for roles in asset management, investment banking, research, and other finance-related fields. The process typically includes sourcing candidates, screening for the CFA credential, and matching them with suitable job opportunities.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a staffing specialist at a CFA staffing agency?
