???? What You'll Do

As a Part-Time Paramedic, you will work alongside Nuclear Medicine Technologists, physicians, and clinical staff at our client cardiology facilities. You will play a vital role in supporting cardiac stress testing procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and exceptional clinical care.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Prepare and educate patients for cardiac stress testing procedures

✅ Obtain patient histories and perform focused clinical assessments

✅ Monitor patients during testing, including ECG monitoring and vital sign evaluation

✅ Establish and maintain IV access as part of stress testing protocols

✅ Assist with treadmill and pharmacologic stress testing procedures

✅ Respond appropriately to patient concerns or changes in clinical condition

✅ Accurately document patient information, assessments, and test data

✅ Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure safe and efficient patient care

✅ Maintain compliance with all applicable clinical and safety standards

✔ High School Diploma or equivalent required

✔ Completion of an accredited Paramedic program

✔ Current Paramedic certification and/or New Jersey State Licensure, as applicable

✔ Strong IV placement and management skills

✔ Experience with cardiac monitoring, telemetry, emergency medicine, or critical care preferred

✔ Current CPR and ACLS certifications required

✔ Ability to pass pre-employment background screening, drug screening, and physical examination

✔ Valid driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance
