The BVG operates buses, trams, underground trains (U-Bahn), and ferries across the city. Jobs at BVG can range from drivers and maintenance staff to administrative and customer service roles. Working at BVG often means contributing to the efficient movement of millions of passengers daily, with an emphasis on reliability, safety, and public service.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a BVG employee?

To thrive as a BVG employee, especially in roles such as public transport operator or maintenance specialist, you generally need vocational training or relevant technical certifications, strong knowledge of transportation systems, and often a valid driver's license.
