Job Description

We're looking for a Sr. Director of Client Partnerships to lead Impact's revenue-driving team. This role combines strategic selling, team leadership, and revenue operations. You'll own relationships with top accounts, set and execute revenue strategy, and coach a growing team of sellers and account managers. If you're equal parts closer, coach, and builder, this is the role for you.

You will...

  • Drive revenue growth by selling advertising and branded content (social-first video, IG placements, consulting partnerships) with a focus on new business generation and top-tier account relationships
  • Serve as a high-touch partner to priority clients, leading strategic conversations, uncovering opportunities, and ensuring long-term growth
  • Lead and manage the Client Partnerships team (pre-sale)
  • Develop, train, and coach your team with empathy and clarity - setting realistic expectations, providing feedback, and helping them succeed as sellers and account managers
  • Build and optimize our revenue operations (RevOps) system in partnership with CoS and CEO, including pipeline management, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with the CEO and leadership to design and execute revenue strategies, go-to-market plans, and pricing approaches
  • Create and utilize sales collateral, decks, research, and benchmarks to support pitches and renewals
  • Represent Impact externally in client meetings, pitches, industry events, and panels as a thought leader and trusted partner

Requirements

The ideal candidate has...

  • 7-10+ years of experience in media sales, partnerships, or digital advertising
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and generating new business
  • Experience managing a small-to-mid-sized sales/account management team, with a demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and empower
  • Expertise in building and refining revenue operations systems (pipeline management, CRM, forecasting)
  • Strong knowledge of social-first publishing, branded content, and ad products across Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
  • Exceptional client communication skills, with experience leading C-level presentations and strategic conversations
  • A willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events

You're a great fit if...

  • You're a strategic seller who thrives on building long-term relationships with major accounts - not just closing them and moving on.
  • You love coaching and get genuine energy from helping team members grow and succeed.
  • You're data-driven and process-oriented, but flexible and creative when the moment calls for it.
  • You thrive in entrepreneurial environments where you can set strategy and execute it yourself when needed.
  • You care deeply about culture, media, and the power of values-driven storytelling.

We're a great fit if...

  • You want to make a real impact by growing a values-driven media company that reaches tens of millions of young people
  • You value diversity and believe cultural inclusivity is a strength - both in the workplace and in the stories we tell
  • You're excited by smart, caring teammates who bring optimism and joy to fast-paced work
  • You believe in growth for yourself, for your team, and for the systems you help build

Compensation

On-Target Earnings: $180,000 - $300,000+

Benefits

Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)

Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
