This role sits at the intersection of creative leadership, operational excellence, and business impact. You will lead and grow a performance video team to produce creative assets that drive user acquisition on paid social and other marketing channels while building structure, systems, and workflows that evolve alongside business needs. You'll continuously refine how we work to support shifting growth priorities, new channels, and emerging production models.
You bring a strong video production background and deep experience leading creative teams. You know how to create clarity across resourcing, prioritization, and execution while staying agile and performance-oriented. You are not a rigid process owner, you are a business-minded operator who uses structure strategically to unlock speed, performance, and team effectiveness.

What You'll Do
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing video team by setting clear expectations, building career paths, fostering a high-trust performance culture, and partnering cross-functionally on hiring and org design.
  • Performance & Creative Outcomes: Ensure our video output consistently drives measurable business results, keeping performance insights, testing velocity, and winning creative at the center of how the team operates.
  • Video Operations, Structure & Process: Own video resourcing, prioritization, and end-to-end production workflows by building scalable intake, tracking, and visibility systems that drive efficiency across internal production, creators/UGC, AI video, and external vendors.
  • Production Excellence: Oversee high-quality video execution across all channels while guiding production strategy across in-house video production for various marketing channels, creator/UGC pipelines, and AI-generated video, balancing creative quality with rapid iteration.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as the bridge between creative vision and execution by aligning Creative, Growth, Brand, and Product Marketing and partnering with leadership to make smart tradeoffs across speed, cost, creative quality and performance.

Who You Are
  • 8+ years in video production/post-production roles.
  • 3+ years of leading and scaling video creative teams
  • Strong hands-on background in video production, editing, and post workflows.
  • Proven ability to scale creative output while improving efficiency and team clarity.
  • Experience supporting performance marketing teams and working against measurable KPIs.
  • Strong operational thinker - you naturally build structure, process, and clarity.
  • Comfortable balancing people leadership, creative quality, and business outcomes.
  • Strong communicator who can align creative, growth, and executive stakeholders.

  • Experience in high-growth startups or performance marketing environments.
