Responsibilities
  • Complete the PLACE Launch program
  • Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
  • Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes
  • Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
  • Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
  • Host two open houses each month
  • Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice as per team standards
  • Participate in team activities according to team standards
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
  • Advise sellers, secure listings, and market their properties
  • Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
