The role
CI&T is seeking a B2B Demand Generation Manager to lead marketing planning and pipeline generation across priority industries in North America.
This role acts as a key marketing partner for assigned verticals, responsible for translating business priorities into integrated marketing plans and executing programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
You will partner closely with sales and industry leadership to define go-to-market priorities, identify target accounts, and activate demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programs that engage enterprise buyers.
This is a highly visible role for a marketer who can contribute to marketing planning while driving hands-on execution and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead marketing planning and execution for assigned industry verticals, aligning programs to growth priorities and pipeline goals
