Diehl Collision of Butler is hiring an experienced Flat-Rate Auto Body Technician!

If you’re a skilled collision repair professional who takes pride in quality work and wants the opportunity to maximize your earning potential, we want to talk to you. Diehl Collision of Butler is looking for a dependable, experienced Flat-Rate Body Technician to join our busy collision repair team.

We offer a steady flow of work, a professional shop environment, and the support you need to stay productive and earn.

Responsibilities
  • Perform collision repairs according to manufacturer and industry standards
  • Repair and replace damaged body panels and structural components
  • Perform frame and structural repairs as needed
  • Disassemble and reassemble vehicles during the repair process
  • Properly fit and align body panels, doors, hoods, bumpers, and related components
  • Identify additional damage and communicate needed repairs
  • Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
  • Follow repair orders and established shop procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Complete repairs accurately and on schedule
Qualifications
  • Previous professional auto body/collision repair experience required
  • Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and equipment
  • Ability to perform body, structural, panel replacement, and related repairs
  • Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment
