Job Overview

As a B2B Fleet Sales & Business Development Representative (Part-Time) with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new local business fleet accounts while nurturing relationships with existing clients across our Gilbert locations.

  • Base Pay: $20.00 - $25.00/ hour

  • Bonus Potential: Performance-based commission/bonus structure tied to new account acquisition and sales milestones.

  • Schedule: Part-Time (20-30 hours/week), Monday-Friday (Weekends Off).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively seek new B2B fleet opportunities through cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and digital outreach within the local market.

  • Account Acquisition & Closing: Pitch Christian Brothers Automotive's fleet repair and maintenance solutions to prospective decision-makers, closing new service agreements to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

  • Account & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet clients, performing routine check-ins to ensure long-term retention, satisfaction, and repeat business.

  • Client Needs Analysis: Consult with business owners and fleet managers to understand their vehicle service requirements and tailor repair schedules that minimize their business downtime.

  • Cross-Functional Communication: Partner with shop management and service advisors to ensure smooth handoffs and clear communication regarding fleet account expectations and service timelines.

  • Market Awareness & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, lead pipelines, and account updates, while staying informed on local commercial vehicle trends.

  • Project a professional, honest, and ethical representation of the Christian Brothers Automotive brand at all times.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1+ years of B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or business development experience preferred (automotive or commercial fleet sales experience is a strong plus).

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier (required for local business visits).

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computer software, CRM systems, and mobile tools to track leads and account updates.

  • Self-Motivated: Proven ability to work independently, manage a daily route/schedule, and achieve sales goals.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to drive a motor vehicle to visit prospective and current client locations throughout the local area.

  • Ability to stand, walk, and engage with clients during on-site visits and networking events.

  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs (e.g., marketing materials, promotional items, presentation binders).
