Join our Team as a Finance & Planning Intern!
The Role:
We're seeking a motivated Finance & Planning Intern to join our team in Summer 2027! This internship offers hands-on experience in financial planning & analysis, where you'll work on meaningful projects and gain insight into strategic business planning, data analysis, project management and corporate communication. You'll collaborate with the TMHNA Business Planning team, as well as mentors and leadership, building skills that will help launch your career!
What You'll Be Doing:
The Finance and Planning Intern will learn about various roles within the Business Planning team and the broader Finance Organization, potentially including Coordination & Consolidation, Business Intelligence, Strategic Planning, Capital Appropriations, FP&A, AR/AP, Dealer Financial Management, and Operations Finance.
Specific projects will be assigned based on your background and business needs. Potential items may include, but are not limited to:
  • Creating and streamlining financial reports and Power BI dashboards
  • Developing financial forecast models
  • Identifying and implementing process enhancements
  • Implementing SG&A controls by working directly with the business
  • Day-to-day management within various Finance & Accounting departments (journal entries, reconciliations, month-end executive presentations, etc.)

What We're Looking For:
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Strategic Management, Communications, or similar field of study.
  • Highly proficient in data analysis, summarizing, and reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Displays a strong commitment to confidentiality of documents and integrity of the organization.
  • Has the maturity and poise to interact effectively with executives at the highest levels of the organization.
