Job description

Join Our Team. Grow With Us.

Pacific Ag Rentals (PAR) began in 2001 with two John Deere tractors on a kitchen table in Salinas. What started as a small idea has grown into a company serving growers across the country—and our roots haven’t changed.

We believe business is built on relationships. Trust, respect, honesty, and accountability matter to us, and we value people who take pride in their work, follow through on their commitments, and care about the customers and teammates who count on them.

We’re proud to be part of shaping the future of agriculture. From equipment and ag technology to the systems and processes that support our teams and customers, we focus on practical solutions that make a difference for growers. We encourage curiosity, new ideas, and problem-solving that empowers our people to create meaningful impact for the growers and communities we serve.

If you’re looking for a team where your work matters, your ideas are valued, and you can grow alongside a company helping shape the future of agriculture, we’d like to hear from you.
