Responsible for researching the performance of business operations by analyzing current performance. Conduct analyses and gather, organize and review data to support general business operations and planning activities and ensure processes are integrated and effective across the department. Conduct routine work assignments of limited scope and complexity under close supervision. Entry level professional with developing skill set and a basic understanding of procedures and analysis techniques.

  • Conduct analyses and reporting in support of general business operations and planning activities as requested
  • Assess requirements for internal business processes, ensuring integration across teams and business units and compatibility with organizational strategic goals
  • Document business processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to and create reports that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement into current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems and value chain, input/output, to improve and/or automate business performance
