About the Role Please note: This position has a hybrid work arrangement.

On average, this means 1 day(s) on-site per week. Please note that this is subject to change due to business priorities. Accountabilities Manage and maintain user identities and access controls within Okta, ensuring compliance with security policies.

Implement and monitor identity and access management solutions for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) resources. Oversee and troubleshoot identity synchronization across various on-premise systems and directories (e.g., Active Directory). Perform regular access reviews and certification across Okta, GCP, and on-prem platforms

Investigate and resolve identity-related incidents and service requests for all supported platforms. Develop and update documentation related to identity and access procedures for Okta, GCP, and on-prem environments. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure all identity solutions adhere to regulatory requirements.

Act as a representative of the Enterprise Identity & Application Security team working to promote strong partnerships with teams and stakeholders. Utilize ServiceNow to fulfill a high volume of identity-related requests with precision and efficiency. Skills, Experience & Requirements Experience & Technical Skills 3+ years of general IT experience in an enterprise environment.

1+ year of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or cybersecurity. Strong experience managing and supporting Active Directory and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. Hands-on experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Single Sign-On (SSO).

Working familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. Security Principles & Frameworks Practical understanding of security concepts, specifically the Principle of Least Privilege and alignment with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. Communication & Professional Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex access controls into clear business terms.

Experience operating within ServiceNow and ITIL v4 frameworks. Preferred Qualifications (Assets) Active or in-progress industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, SSCP, Google PCSE, or equivalent cybersecurity credentials. Proficiency with Python and Shell scripting, specifically applied to automating ServiceNow IAM workflows.
