  • Continuous Training: Ongoing management training on education, communication, and management best practices.
  • Career Growth: Concrete opportunities for professional advancement.
  • Comprehensive Development: Ongoing on-site and off-site training for management, curriculum, and instruction.
  • Benefits: 401(k) with company match and health insurance.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrued paid time off for work-life balance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor instructional staff to effectively deliver individualized instruction.
  • Staff Development: Support employee growth by providing direct, on-the-job training to instructors.
  • Student Management: Manage student learning progress, behavior, and engagement during sessions.
  • Instruction: Teach and tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and tools.
  • Parent Communication: Build relationships with families, communicate student progress, and answer questions.
  • Sales & Enrollment: Respond promptly to incoming leads and successfully enroll new students.
  • Director Support: Assist the Center Director with administering student assessments and building custom learning plans.

Qualifications

  • Availability: Must be able to work a weekly schedule of Monday–Thursday 2:30 PM – 8:00 PM & Fridays 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM.
  • Math Competency: Exceptional math skills through at least Algebra 2.
  • Education Passion: A true love for working with students and a desire to cultivate teamwork.

If you are driven, motivated, and eager to make a difference, we would love to meet you!
