Job description

The Health & Benefits (H&B) business unit is responsible for supporting organizations in the design, placement, and management of employee benefit programs, including health, life, and risk insurance, as well as wellbeing, and flexible benefits solutions. Its objective is to optimize the value of benefit investments, enhance employee experience. 

H&B combines capabilities in strategic consulting, insurance broking, plan management, benefits administration, data analytics, and technology, delivering end-to-end solutions across the full benefits lifecycle-from design and placement to ongoing management and continuous improvement.

 We help our clients to build an effective employee benefits program that sustains a healthy, high-performing workforce. Employees increasingly view benefits as a critical component of their total rewards.

The Role

The aim of the role is to analyse our business needs and improve the efficiency of our processes pushing business growth while delivering innovative solutions involving different cross-functional teams. 

The Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the efficiency, scalability, and transformation of Health & Benefits operations in Spain. The role focuses on enabling business growth, driving process improvement and enhancing data quality, through the adoption of automation and AI-driven solutions.

  • Business Analysis & Process Improvement: Deliver advanced operational and business analysis to identify improvement opportunities, leveraging AI-driven insights and tools. Redesign processes, define performance metrics, implement monitoring frameworks, and deploy automated workflows to drive continuous improvement, reduce manual effort, and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Project Management: Lead and support global and local operational projects from design to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and driving measurable business impact through process optimization, automation, and AI solutions.

  • Data & Business Intelligence: Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to support business monitoring, provide actionable insights, and enable data-driven decision-making across operations and commercial teams.

  • Systems & Data Governance: Ensure effective use and governance of platforms, including data quality control, database monitoring, reporting management, workflow design, and process optimization. Provide user support and coordinate testing and system improvements.

The Requirements

  • AI skills

  • Experience in MS Office (Excel, PwP, word, outlook), Python, SQL, Power BI, Office 365 environment (Power Automate, Power Apps), Teams & apps

  • Fluent English C1

  • Project Management and data science background, 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented, positive and encouraging attitude

  • Highly organized and results-driven professional

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, to manage multiple projects simultaneously and changing priorities. Strong problem-solving skills
