Job description

We are looking for a motivated, driven, self-starter for the newly created role of Business Intelligence Analyst. The ideal candidate for this role will possess an analytic mind, excellent communication skills and a passion for customer success.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Functional business grouping of cloud IT environments for prospects and customers
  • Data analysis of cost, usage, performance, and availability in cloud IT environments
  • Business analysis of our customer’s cloud cost allocation processes
  • Implementing our cloud analytics platform into our customer’s cloud cost and IT environments
  • Prospect and customer project management and support
  • Liaison between customer and engineering

Qualifications:

  • MS or BS in IT or Finance, CS with MBA
  • 2-5+ years relevant experience
  • Finance and data analytics
  • Business intelligence and project management
  • Database programming in languages such as MySQL, R, SPSS
  • Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of IT and cloud infrastructure
  • Working knowledge of financial business processes
  • Superior communication and organizational skills
  • Proven outstanding customer awareness and success
