OverviewWe are looking for an Insights Analyst to join the Insights team within One Strategy at Publicis Groupe. Based in Barcelona, this role is focused on transforming audience, market, and behavioral data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the group.The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with a genuine curiosity about people and consumer behavior. Working closely with media, brand, and digital strategy teams, you will help develop a deeper understanding of audiences and their interactions across multiple touchpoints, contributing directly to more effective media and communication strategies.ResponsibilitiesAudience Analysis & Media Consumption
  • Independently use research and audience measurement tools such as Kantar, AIMC (EGM), and other market intelligence sources.
  • Analyze media consumption data to identify patterns, emerging trends, opportunities, and strategic tensions.
  • Develop audience profiles and consumer understanding to support media and communication planning.
Audience Development & Segmentation
  • Define actionable audiences through the integration of:
    • Market and consumer research data (Kantar, AIMC, etc.).

  • Translate audience findings into strategic and media activation recommendations.
Data Integration & Consumer Understanding

  • Integrate declarative and behavioral data to understand both what people say and what they actually do.
  • Support the enrichment and interpretation of audience intelligence through multiple data sources.
Strategic Insight Generation
  • Identify patterns, shifts in consumer behavior, emerging signals, and business opportunities.
  • Transform complex datasets into clear, relevant, and actionable insights.
  • Deliver evidence-based recommendations that contribute to strategic decision-making.
Strategic Project Support
  • Collaborate with Connections, Brand, and Digital Strategy teams on strategic initiatives.

Data Storytelling
