SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Research and identify potential clients and market opportunities
  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies using multiple channels (email, phone, social media, networking)
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads

Sales Development
  • Conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations to prospects
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and pricing information
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up systematically

Relationship Building
  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Maintain professional communication throughout the sales cycle
  • Act as a brand ambassador and gather market feedback

Account Management
  • Coordinate with sales and account teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Track all business development activities and maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Contribute to achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets

Market Intelligence
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape

Requirements:
