Job description

Business Development Representative – National Referral Network (NRN)

Job Description

About Us

At Avior, we believe in more than managing wealth; we are dedicated to helping individuals plan with intention, empowering them to live with greater purpose. Our organizational culture is the heartbeat of our success, rooted in core values that shape every aspect of our work environment.

About NRN

We've built the country's first Digital Family Office — a national network of professionals including CPAs, estate planning attorneys, insurance specialists, and wealth managers who work together to serve clients holistically, bringing the same level of service typically reserved for the ultra-wealthy down to everyday investors.

Our National Referral Network (NRN) connects hundreds of professionals across the country, and it's growing fast. That's where you come in.

 Avior Core Values

We believe that the core foundation of our culture is a key driver to our success. It is very important that we share common values amongst our team. We strive to hire teammates who resonate with our core values:

  • It’s Not Me, It’s We - We believe working together as a team, we are able to leverage our collective strengths, drive innovation, and achieve greater success than we could on our own.
  • We Lead Through Service - We're committed to serving others with humility, generosity, and compassion. This means actively listening, continuously learning, and adapting to meet the needs of those we serve. By prioritizing humility in our service, we aim to make a positive impact on the lives of others and create positive changes in our organization and communities.
  • We Pursue Excellence - We believe that success is not just a matter of talent, but also of perseverance, dedication, and commitment. In the face of challenges or opportunities, we know that our commitment to hard work and loyalty will help us achieve our goals and make a positive impact on the world around us.
  • We Shape the Future - We believe in the transformative power of imagination, creativity, and innovation to drive progress and shape the future. By sharing our knowledge and experience with one another, we foster a culture of innovation and leadership that leaves a lasting impact and reflects our shared vision and values.

Position Overview

We're looking for a sharp, personable self-starter to grow our professional network. Your core job: get the right people on our calendar.

This is relationship-building, not scripted telemarketing. You'll reach out to estate planning attorneys, CPAs, and other financial professionals, spark genuine interest, and book discovery meetings for our team. As you learn our story and process, you'll grow into running those meetings yourself — and eventually into developing your own referral sources and leading reps we bring on under you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to attorneys, CPAs, and other centers of influence nationwide
  • Book qualified discovery meetings (appointments set = your primary metric)
  • Build rapport quickly and communicate our value naturally
  • Manage your pipeline with clean Salesforce notes
  • Shadow intro/tour meetings to learn our full process
  • Help refine outreach messaging with NRN leadership

Growth Path

  1. Outreach & Appointment Setting — learn our story, book meetings
  2. Shadow & learn — sit in on intro meetings, absorb our approach
  3. Run Intro Meetings Solo — present the Digital Family Office concept independently
  4. Full-Cycle BD & Team Lead — own the pipeline end-to-end, train and lead new reps

Who We're Looking For

  • Warm, confident phone presence — never robotic
  • Self-starter who doesn't need close supervision
  • Coachable, curious about financial/professional services
  • Listens well and adapts mid-conversation
  • Wants to grow into closing and leadership — this is a launchpad
  • Sales/cold-calling experience a plus, not required

Not a Fit If You...

  • Need a fully scripted pitch
  • Rely on high-pressure tactics
  • Dislike high call volumes
  • Want a passive, low-effort role

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base + performance-based income that grows with your role
  • Override/residual earnings as you develop sources and team members
  • Direct mentorship from NRN leadership
  • Ground-floor opportunity with a fast-growing national network

Your Well-Being Matters

In addition to being part of a purpose-driven culture, joining Avior comes with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your overall well-being:
