Overview

The Program Manager is responsible for leading customer programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality expectations. This role serves as a key link between internal teams and customers, driving cross-functional collaboration while supporting strategic business objectives.

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in electronics contract manufacturing to oversee multiple customer programs simultaneously. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge of PCBAs and system-level builds with strong project management skills, stakeholder communication, and a proven ability to drive successful program execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead customer programs through all phases of planning, execution, and delivery.

  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and customer teams to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and budgets.

  • Monitor program performance and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks.

  • Coordinate resources across multiple projects to ensure priorities and deadlines are achieved.

  • Facilitate regular program reviews, status meetings, and stakeholder communications.

  • Track key deliverables and ensure projects meet established quality, cost, and timeline requirements.

  • Manage customer expectations and provide timely updates regarding program status and performance.

  • Utilize ERP systems to monitor program activity, production schedules, and project-related metrics.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program execution, communication, and overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of program management experience within the electronics contract manufacturing industry.

  • Strong technical understanding of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) and system-level builds.

  • Proven experience managing multiple programs and priorities simultaneously in a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience working with ERP systems to support program execution and reporting.

  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

  • Strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze program performance and drive effective problem-solving initiatives.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
