Job description

Company description
At Saatchi & Saatchi Health, we believe in making the impossible possible in health. We partner with our clients to turn complexity into clarity, ideas into impact, and ambition into real-world outcomes.
By combining creativity, data, and technology, we create work that doesn't just reach people--it moves them, connects with them, and makes a difference in their lives. Because when our people bring curiosity and courage to the work, we unlock new possibilities for our clients, and better outcomes for the patients they serve. We're here to push what health can be. And to make it matter.
Overview
At Saatchi & Saatchi Health, we're not just building campaigns-we're shaping the future of healthcare communication. To do that, we need strong business leaders at the center of it all.
We're looking for a Director of Business Management who brings both strategic thinking and commercial acumen to the table. This is a highly visible, business-critical position that partners directly with account leadership to influence decisions, drive performance, and fuel growth across the agency.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage health of a portfolio of accounts while acting as a true partner to client teams. You'll help guide everything from forecasting and revenue strategy to profitability and long-term business planning.
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, proactive, and comfortable challenging the status quo. You enjoy connecting the dots between numbers and business outcomes, and you're motivated by the opportunity to make a real impact-both internally and with clients.
  • You will thrive here if you are someone who:
  • Thinks beyond the numbers and brings a strategic lens to financial decision-making
  • Partners closely with account and client leadership to drive smarter, more profitable growth
  • Takes ownership of P&L performance across multiple accounts or a business portfolio
  • Is energized by a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment
  • Brings a strong sense of accountability, curiosity, and drive to continuously improve

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience within Business Management, Project Management, or Client Finance
  • Proven experience supporting or leading financial management across multiple clients or a portfolio of business
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, revenue forecasting, and profitability analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with account/client services teams and influence senior stakeholders - Experience working within healthcare or pharma advertising is strongly preferred
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving agency environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations
