LRS Consulting Services is seeking a two Business Analysts for a 6-month contract opportunity with our client in Central Illinois. Local candidates will be given preference. LRS Consulting Services has been delivering the highest quality consultants to our clients since 1979.

Applicant Requirements: Must have 7+ years of experience with the following: IT Business Analyst experience Experience in eliciting requirements and reviewing requirements for completeness Experience in analyzing complex problems and recommending solutions Experience in analyzing business processes and recommending improvement Experience in developing process documentation Analyzing root causes and assisting in defining solutions Assisting with the quality assurance process by creating or reviewing test plans, test cases and test results Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal) Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer The base range for this contract position is $30.00 - $55.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
