  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure alignment with operational goals.

  • Support the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of process and technology improvements.

  • Draft business requirement documents to guide operational technology enhancements.

  • Identifyoperational challenges and propose data-driven solutions.

  • Create andmaintaindocumentation, including process flows and user guides.

  • The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications
