Position Summary:
CALI is seeking a Business Systems Analyst – AI amp; Data to support reporting, business applications, automation, and technology initiatives. This role partners with business leaders and IT to improve decision-making, streamline processes, and identify practical opportunities to use data, automation, and AI.
The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, and technology-savvy, with experience using business data, reporting tools, and enterprise systems to solve problems and deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Data amp; Reporting
  • Maintain and improve Power BI dashboards, reports, and supporting data models.
  • Develop and modify SQL queries for reporting, analysis, and data validation.
  • Gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
  • Monitor data quality, maintain documentation, and support reporting standards.
AI amp; Automation
  • Research and evaluate AI and automation opportunities across the business.
  • Support AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and other emerging tools.
  • Assist with user training, adoption, and change management for new tools.
  • Measure and report on solution effectiveness and business impact.
Business Applications
  • Support NetSuite administration, reporting, saved searches, and workflows.
  • Test, document, and deploy system enhancements.
Project Coordination
  • Assist with planning and tracking IT projects and system initiatives.

Qualifications

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Work will be performed on laptop/computer primarily in an office environment. Some travel may be required. The position will require long hours on a computer keyboard and monitor with prolonged periods of standing and/or walking and/or sitting. Physical requirements include standing for long periods of time, walking, squatting, twisting, bending, reaching, and lifting, pushing, and lifting between 10-50lbs regularly.
Work Environment amp; Physical Requirements
  • Office-based or hybrid role (3-4 days per week) with extended periods working on a computer
  • Ability to lift and transport IT equipment (up to 25 lbs)
  • Occasional travel to office or warehouse locations as needed
