Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong SQL expertise to join our onsite team in St. Louis.
The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions, leveraging advanced analytical and SQL skills to extract insights, support decision-making, and enhance business processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment of requirements and deliverables.
  • Perform data analysis using SQL to validate, troubleshoot, and interpret data trends.
  • Design and execute SQL queries to extract and analyze data from multiple databases.
  • Support system enhancements, process improvements, and new implementations.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support production rollout.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and visual presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend effective data-driven solutions.
Required Skills
