Job description

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Technical Business Analystto support large-scalelegacy-to-web application modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience analyzing legacy systems, gathering business and technical requirements, and collaborating with development teams working in.NET and SQL environments.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong stakeholder communication, modernization strategy experience, and the ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze legacy systems and support modernization initiatives
Gather, document, and manage business/functional/technical requirements
Translate legacy application behavior into modern web-based requirements
Work closely with .NET developers and SQL/database teams
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and consensus building
Perform workflow analysis and identify modernization opportunities
Support project coordination, risk identification, and task tracking
Create clear, complete, and testable documentation
Validate implemented solutions and ensure business alignment

12+ years of experience in:
