Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 12+ years of IT and business analysis experience to bridge business needs with technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, stakeholder management, Agile delivery, data analysis, and digital transformation initiatives. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and project managers to define business requirements, improve business processes, and deliver enterprise-scale solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, brainstorming sessions, and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.
  • Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), user stories, process flows, and use case documentation.
  • Develop workflow diagrams, business process models, and system interaction diagrams using BPMN and UML.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
  • Perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
  • Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Define business rules, data mapping, validation rules, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, defect management, and business validation.
  • Analyze business and operational data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and organizational standards.
  • Mentor junior Business Analysts and support enterprise transformation initiatives.
