Job Summary:
We are seeking a BI Analyst with advanced SQL expertise to support regulatory reporting, analytics, and data quality initiatives. The role involves developing dashboards, optimizing complex queries, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting in a regulatory environment. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting frameworks, automate processes, and deliver actionable insights.

Onsite (Local candidates only for client evaluation)
Experience:
5-8+ Years (based on skill requirements)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support FLARE regulatory reporting, analytics, and Data Quality (DQ) monitoring initiatives
  • Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting deliverables
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain MicroStrategy dashboards and reports
  • Design, optimize, and tune complex SQL queries for analytics and reporting
  • Monitor and manage data quality controls, validations, and issue resolution
  • Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational risks
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and product teams
  • Drive analytics initiatives to generate actionable business insights
  • Continuously improve reporting frameworks and data processes in Agile environments

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Advanced expertise in SQL, including CTEs and window functions
  • Strong experience in query optimization and performance tuning
  • Hands-on experience with MicroStrategy dashboard development
  • Strong working knowledge of BigQuery and PostgreSQL
  • Experience in regulatory reporting environments
  • Experience with Data Quality (DQ) monitoring and validation
  • Experience automating reporting and data processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies
