Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Business Intelligence Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the clientโ€™s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Gather and analyze business requirements, translating complex data requests into meaningful analytical solutions and reports.
  2. Develop, validate, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support operational monitoring and business decision-making.
  3. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure data accuracy, quality, governance, and reporting consistency.
  4. Communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences while supporting data literacy, training, and continuous process improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

10 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, SQL development, business intelligence reporting, data visualization, and stakeholder collaboration.

Technical Skills

Data Analysis, SQL Development, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, Dashboard Development, Data Warehousing, Data Governance, Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Business / Domain Skills
