About Conservice:
Conservice is a fast-growing leader in utility management services, committed to enhancing operational efficiency and driving business intelligence through data. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join our analytics team. This individual will play a critical role in delivering data-driven insights at scale, partnering with departments across the organization to support strategic decision-making.
Why This Role Matters:
You'll work directly with senior leadership - including the COO, SVPs, and VPs - to deliver high-impact insights. Your analysis will influence decision-making across multiple business functions and help improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large, complex data sets (tens of millions of rows) and deliver actionable insights across multiple business departments.
  • Perform complex data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics using SQL, R, and Python.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI to ensure clarity, accuracy, and impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments to ensure robust data modeling and consistency.
  • Uphold standards for data integrity, analytics methodologies, and business insight communication.
  • Translate complex data findings into executive summaries and strategic recommendations.
  • Drive innovation in analytics tools and techniques - including AI - to keep Conservice at the forefront of data excellence.

Skill Set Requirements (Special Requirements)
Demonstrable knowledge of and prior experience in:
  • SQL - writing complex queries and navigating large-scale databases to capture required data.
  • Python and/or R for statistical modeling, data manipulation, and analytics.
  • Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development.
  • Working with AI tools to support and enhance analytics work.
  • Analyzing, organizing, and drawing insights from large data sets (tens of millions of rows).
  • Spotting macro and micro trends with statistical significance.
  • Critical and creative thinking - the ability to approach ambiguous problems methodically, challenge assumptions, and design analyses that answer the right question.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
