The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong analytical, documentation, and facilitation skills, and has experience working across cross-functional teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and validate solutions. Create and maintain business analysis documentation, including use cases, process flows, and functional specifications. Support requirements management and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop testing artifacts such as test scenarios, test scripts, and acceptance criteria. Document complex business processes and provide recommendations for process improvements. Create job aids, user documentation, and supporting materials.
