We are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and interviews.
  • Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams throughout the SDLC.

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, and defect resolution.
