Position Description:
CGI is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Treasury, Capital Markets, or Finance to support strategic financial initiatives within a highly regulated financial services environment. This role partners closely with Finance, Treasury, and Capital Markets teams to define business requirements, develop solution prototypes, and translate complex financial concepts into clear technical requirements for development teams. The ideal candidate will collaborate throughout implementation, validate financial calculations, and ensure delivered solutions accurately support funding, balance sheet, and return on equity (ROE) objectives. Experience working in AWS based environments and data driven financial applications is highly valued.

This role is located at a client site in either Washington, DC. A hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
CGI is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Treasury, Capital Markets, or Finance to support strategic financial initiatives within a highly regulated financial services environment. Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Treasury, Capital Markets, Finance Analytics, or a closely related field.
. Strong understanding of balance sheet management, funding strategies, and financial performance metrics, including Return on Equity (ROE).
. Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical documentation for development teams.
. Experience partnering with developers to support implementation, clarify requirements, and validate business logic.
. Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform testing, reconciliation, and data validation to ensure accurate financial results.
. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis, reporting, and data manipulation.
. Exposure to AWS based data platforms or cloud environments is preferred, along with familiarity with financial data workflows.
Education:
. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $109,500.00 $139,300.00.
