Job Description:

We Are Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to provide enterprise-level business systems analysis and support strategic technology and data initiatives. This role will translate complex business challenges into practical solutions through well-structured business requirements and user stories while serving as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, data professionals, project managers, and leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong consultative, analytical, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to lead business process improvements, support enterprise integrations, promote effective governance, and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities:

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand organizational challenges and identify technology and data-driven solutions.

·         Serve as a strategic business relationship partner for assigned functional areas, providing guidance and leadership throughout organizational and technology changes.

·         Collaborate with IT, data, project management, quality assurance, and other cross-functional teams to develop detailed and high-quality requirements.

·         Act as the primary connection between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating technical and data concepts into business terms and communicating business objectives to delivery teams.

·         Analyze existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify root causes, eliminate inefficiencies, and develop integrated solutions.

·         Lead business analysis activities focused on improving system quality, operational efficiency, interoperability, and cross-functional collaboration.

·         Develop comprehensive business requirements, user stories, process documentation, and supporting analysis to provide clear direction for solution development and testing.

·         Ensure requirements fully capture business needs, dependencies, and impacted solution areas to minimize gaps and defects during implementation and testing.

·         Research and plan enterprise-level and detailed system integrations within established governance and architectural frameworks.

·         Collaborate with technical and business teams to advance interoperability across systems, data, applications, and business processes.

·         Support strategic digital transformation initiatives by contributing to planning, process improvement, and organizational change efforts.

·         Facilitate discussions among customers, technical teams, vendors, project managers, and leadership to establish expectations and maintain alignment.

·         Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the analysis and solution delivery lifecycle.

·         Promote established governance practices and encourage consistent adoption across business and technology teams.

·         Create and present clear documentation and communications for technical, business, data, project management, and leadership audiences.

Required Skills

·         8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar role in technology or government environments.

·         8+ years of business analysis and problem-solving experience in a consultative or project-based setting.

·         8+ years of experience cultivating and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.

·         8+ years of experience creating and documenting business requirements and user stories.

·         8+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

·         8+ years of experience communicating effectively with technical, data, business, project management, and leadership audiences.

·         Strong ability to translate complex business problems into practical, actionable solutions.

·         Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

·         Ability to facilitate collaboration across business and technical teams.

·         Experience managing stakeholder expectations and supporting organizational change.

Preferred Skills

·         Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles.

·         Experience working with Azure DevOps.

·         Experience with the Salesforce platform, including supporting business processes and eliciting and documenting requirements.

·         Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders in a Salesforce environment.

·         Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification.
