Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Analyst role is based in IL. The Business Analyst will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives, map current processes, and identify opportunities to improve sales systems and operational performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing data and workflows, preparing reports and recommendations, and supporting the design and implementation of process improvements. The role will also involve facilitating meetings and workshops, creating presentations and documentation, and ensuring that proposed solutions are practical, measurable, and aligned with client goals. The Business Analyst will collaborate across functional areas to track results, refine methodologies, and help clients build capabilities that support long-term growth.
