Job Summary
You are an analytical, collaborative Business Analyst who excels at turning complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problems, understand how processes and systems interact, and serve as a trusted partner to both business and technical teams. You communicate confidently, facilitate productive conversations, and ensure solutions are aligned with business goals. You thrive in environments where accuracy, documentation quality, and alignment are critical to successful outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
  • Driving clarity by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements that translate seamlessly into functional and technical specifications
  • Creating process documentation, functional specs, workflows, diagrams, and other artifacts that guide system design and development
  • Ensuring solution quality through partnership with QA teams, confirming acceptance criteria, and coordinating UAT activities
  • Supporting alignment by acting as a liaison between the business, QA, partners, and solution architects
  • Contributing to readiness and adoption by creating or updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and delivering training or retraining to end users
  • Facilitating effective discovery sessions, interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering activities across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Evaluating feasibility of business requests and assessing impacts, risks, dependencies, and required effort
  • Ensuring documentation completeness, accuracy, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle
  • Supporting business stakeholders with quality checks, validation activities, and go-live preparation
  • Providing clear communication of requirement changes, updates, and impacts to project managers, sponsors, and cross-functional teams
  • Sharing system, process, and requirement knowledge with project teams to enable informed decision-making
  • Collaborating with project sponsors to help shape initiative vision, scope, and planned outcomes
  • Supporting ongoing process improvement by analyzing current workflows and identifying opportunities for optimization

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work with minimal direct supervision
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative environments
  • Experience with feasibility assessments, business SOP creation, and system knowledge sharing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, workflow modeling tools, and documentation platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field preferred
