Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to manage and coordinate technical resources involved in the analysis, development, implementation, and documentation of information systems.
The Senior IT Project Manager will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, budget management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring successful delivery of technology projects aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, timelines, and resource assignments.
โ€ข Coordinate project requirements, tasks, work assignments, and technical resources.
โ€ข Define project objectives and system development requirements in alignment with business goals.
โ€ข Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout project development and implementation.
โ€ข Mentor and provide technical direction to project team members.
โ€ข Monitor project activities, deliverables, documentation, and adherence to organizational standards.
โ€ข Prepare and review technical specifications for information systems.
โ€ข Develop and manage system testing, implementation, and deployment plans.
โ€ข Monitor testing and implementation activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
โ€ข Facilitate project workflows using Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
โ€ข Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders.
โ€ข Track project scope, timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables.
โ€ข Communicate project status, changes, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
โ€ข Ensure projects remain aligned with organizational priorities and strategic objectives.

Required Skills & Experience
โ€ข 4+ years of experience in information technology roles involving: Strategic initiatives, Technology project management, IT systems implementation, Related IT project leadership
  • Senior IT ProjectManagement experience
  • Experience with OracleUnifier and Primavera
  • Local candidates, or thoseable to travel during peak periods within the project lifecycle

โ€ข โ€ข Strong knowledge of project, program, and product management methodologies.
โ€ข Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
โ€ข Experience with Scrum project environments.
โ€ข Strong project planning, scheduling, resource management, and risk management skills.
โ€ข Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
โ€ข Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
โ€ข Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
โ€ข Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
โ€ข Experience managing E-Business Suite software and technology-related projects.
โ€ข Experience managing complex enterprise IT implementations.
โ€ข Knowledge of project planning and project management tools.
Education
Bachelor's degree in: Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics Related field Equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience may be considered.
Required Certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
