Bush & Bush Law Group is a growing plaintiff personal injury law firm committed to providing exceptional legal representation and compassionate client service. We are looking for a Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist (English/Spanish) to join our on-site team in Irving, Texas.

As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will play a vital role in helping individuals after an accident by providing outstanding customer service, gathering critical case information, and ensuring every client receives a professional and empathetic experience.

Requirements

Client Intake & Call Management
  • Answer inbound calls from individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents and other personal injury matters.
  • Gather essential information regarding accidents and potential legal claims.
  • Conduct detailed intake interviews with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Explain the firm's intake process and answer general questions regarding our services.
Client Communication
  • Build rapport with prospective clients while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Clearly explain next steps and document all relevant case information.
  • Ensure every interaction reflects the firm's commitment to client care.
Administrative Support
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Organize and update information within the firm's case management system.
  • Assist attorneys and legal staff with administrative and document preparation tasks.
  • Track client information using Microsoft Excel and other internal systems.
Organization & Multitasking
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accurately update electronic records while speaking with clients.
  • Escalate urgent matters promptly to the legal team.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
  • Previous experience in a legal office, call center, customer service, or intake role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with case management software is a plus
  • Compassionate, patient, and customer-focused attitude
