Hall Manufacturing (parent company to Bush-Whacker and Hall Tank) is looking for experienced and driven welders with fabrication experience. This is an opportunity not just to work, but to build a career in leadership. Our team values commitment to safety, punctuality, and initiative. Under minimal supervision, these positions will support the team in meeting production goals safely and effectively. Our team operates 4 days a week on 10-hour shifts and OT as needed. MIG welding, all positions (including overhead), and fabrication. Analyze engineering drawings/blueprints, assemble using tools and fabrication machines, cut/contour metal, weld and consult on progress with the team, inspecting for functionality and safety. Accountability and time-sensitive execution are critical in this position.
Requirements
Qualifications Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Fabrication/ fitter/ machinist experience
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs consistently

Qualifications Preferred
  • Welding Certification
  • Ability to read CAD/Blueprints
