JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for ensuring that guests are cordially attended to, from the time they enter our dining rooms and facilities to the time they leave. Team members are also required to perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Acknowledge the presence of our guests IMMEDIATELY, with a friendly greeting.

2. Utilize the tools provided to stay organized. Learn menu and daily specials, keeping in close communication with management.

3. Bus tables and help maintain cleanliness. Restock/organize areas surrounding the check out counters.

4. Handle all POS transactions ethically and according to company policies, including all cash, meal plan or swipe, and Cater Trax orders.

5. Accurately make change for all cash-paying guests, maintain proper counts of all transactions, maintain accurate balance in cash drawer at all times, and reconcile cash drawer after every meal.

6. Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

7. Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management using “clean as you go” techniques.

8. Follow company attendance policy including arriving for work timely, following calling off procedures, and maintaining an acceptable attendance record.

9. Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.

10. Follow all guest satisfaction procedures and hospitality imperatives.

11. Work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed.
